Here is a picture of some dumped camping gear that I found lying in a local river. It was obvious the plastic sheets and other toxic bits could kill or suffocate various critters. There were yabbies starting to make their home 'inside' folds of plastic.... I dragged it up onto banks and rang the Local Council to see if 'someone' could collect it. Turns out that this was not straight forward, there was confusion about where the boundary line exists for various municipal responsibilities... Eventually the puzzle was solved, rubbish collected....
So a 'non-human perspective' has to see this as not merely ugly litter, but a type of killing agent for non-human creatures...
